i think she applied for her husband .. and just visited him and came back to Canada.. the email is confusing her and she's thinking that she also has to send in her information. she's not on TRV. she said she's a citizen!

Yes I think I mentioned I applied for my husband. as i am back i do not need to send my copies of passport. but only where the chart is there i need to fill my info my son's n my husband with his eye colour. I hope this is what they asked for. cuz in the chart i have to send my passport info as well.

Yes It has been a very long time. I applied for my wife to come to Canada on December 2010. The initial medical as well as the 2nd medical expired. I am still waiting for a 3rd medical request. I have ordered my file notes many times. I just need to be more patient and inshAllah my wife will get her visa soon. I am still waiting for my wife to get an interview call as she has not been called for an interview yet.

41 Months and still waiting...

I received doc. Request on 4th dec. And medical 31st jan.

The chart or form that you got in the email, shouldn't your husband has to fill his information only ? As he is the only one who applied for immigration and he is the only one coming to Canada. [assuming your son was born in Canada]
