I would like to gather a list of applicants who applied in March 2012 to sponsor their husbands. Can you please reply to my post. We can stay in touch and see if anyone of us sees any updates or insights.

Always look at the bright side of life. I applied for my wife to come to Canada on December 2010. I have been waiting for more than 41 months and I have no idea when my wife will come to Canada. I am sure you wouldn't want to trade positions with me ? lol

Thank Allah Swt that you will be united with your spouse very soon.

Please also pray for all those who have no idea how long it will take to be reunited with their spouses in Canada.

Really thanks to Allah Almighty that my case processed in near times. Sorry for you that its very late and I can imagine that what type of pain a person feel when no one is telling you that when your spouse will come to you. I have a contact number for Canada (1888 242 2100) may be you have, you should call there, they will definitely answer you because we contacted them and they told all the current status of our case

Hey jerry84, did you order notes after your re-medical request? I think I saw somewhere that you did order the notes. If you did then please let me know if it mentioned anything useful.
My hubby went for medical in Nov 2013 and we have not hear anything uptil now. My patience is really stretching thin at this point in time!!

Naqibee where is your file london or isl? Plus what does ur ecas show? Application received or in process?

I have been out of touch, just checked my e-mail and got the request for my husband PPR.. But there is an attachment tht need to be filled out. I already came back last week.. and now I got this email "Step 1: Follow the instructions in this letter to submit the requested items to our office in

London. Once we have reviewed them, we will send you instructions for the second step within

6 weeks.

Step 2: Do not submit your passport to our Islamabad office until you receive instructions to

do so. The Islamabad office cannot issue your visa before we instruct them to do so. (If you

submit your passport early, it will be returned to you without a visa.) The Islamabad office can

only mail passports to addresses in Pakistan. If you will want your passports returned to an

address outside of Pakistan, then this letter does not apply to you. Inform us immediately so

that we can send you different instructions.

Step 1: Submit the documents listed below to our office in London. (These instructions do not

apply to accompanying family members who are entitled to Canadian citizenship, because they

will have to travel on their Canadian passports.)

1. Clear photocopies of your passport and the passports of each accompanying family

member. The passports must meet the Passport Specifications as detailed below because

these are the passports you will use to travel to Canada.

2. The Updated Information Chart below, fully completed for you and each accompanying

family member.

Submit these two items within 30 days of the date of this correspondence. All items for you

and your accompanying family members must be submitted together in one package."

I am confused will I have to fill my information as well as I am back to toronto.

If you are in canada On TRV ( most probeblly)

then yes you have to send them copies of your passport and then
they will advice Islamabad to issue you visa now comes the tricky part

when they will issue visa either ( option 1 )

come back to paksitan send the passport and wait for the passport to retuen and then land as a PR

or (option 2) send passport through some reliable person with authority letter who is comming to pakistan and then he/she can send passpor to CHC ibd
asnd then get the passport to back to canda though that or any other reliable person and go to nearest bordeer and land as a PR ( pakistani law does not allow pakistani passport to be Mailed /parcelled )

and wait for others to reply


additionally send the copies as soon as posible to London and then decide between two options

i think she applied for her husband .. and just visited him and came back to Canada.. the email is confusing her and she's thinking that she also has to send in her information. she's not on TRV. she said she's a citizen!
