Can somebody please guide me or give examples on how to answer this question:
What preparations have you and/or your sponsor made for your move to Canada?

The application process for a Pakistani spouse takes 2 years so I don't understand what sort of preparations are they expecting?

NOVEMBER 2012.
NO EMAIL OR REPLY FROM CHC STILL.
THE ONLY CONTACT THEY DID WAS BACK IN AUGUST 2013 WHEN THEY SENT THE ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS BACK TO ME AT MY CANADA ADDRESS.

Any august ,Sep,Oct 2012 cases got remed or interviw call?

HELLO,
OUR CASE IS EXACTLY ONE MONTH LATER THAN URS.
APP FILED NOV 2012 AND FROM GCSM NOTES FILE WAS TRANSFERRED TO ISBD IN AUG 2013.

THIS SHOWS THAT ITS A TURN BY TURN PROCESS STILL.
BUT MOST OF THE CASES ARE SLOWER DOWN OR SPEEDED UP IN ISLAMABAD ACTUALLY.

So the person who told (someone on forum) that embassy is moving, was actually saying, our files were moving not embassy! Lol

The other person totally misunderstood him....

and someone who added embassy is shutting down, it was a nice suggestion! Lol

Channel Islands, Denmark, Falkland Islands, Faroe Islands, Finland, Greenland, Iceland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Norway, Sweden, Scotland, United Kingdom

Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Yemen, for federal economic immigration only

Pakistan, for all economic immigration and family sponsorship applications

Asslamo alikum.
I read your on line message. My case is same like you. my file is transfer to Islamabad pak on 13th nov .2013. then my wife and three kids under ten years submit her file on 6thDec.2013 but we are still waiting 1AOR .CIC Islamabad did not send us any letter yet. Here I am waiting my PR .when I have received PR interview in Canada then same day CIC office will send one E-mail to Islamabad and asked him that this person have received hi PR in Canada now finalize his family case.after that CIC Islamabad will done process of our family ,like pcc, medical and ppr.
I know two persons whose cases are same like us first they have received here his/he rPR in Canada then next step . All those who submit his/her pr application submit in march,april and may they have done his/her pR interview. I am from Pakistan. I am praying for all those persons who has suffer of anxiety, you also pray for all of us. wish you best of luck. take care. Allah hafiz. naveedpcs.

Still the processing time for them is 11 months. Far more better than isl. Just pray n hope for best.
