Hey you did your medical on 4th dec n ur ecas now shows tht medical has been received i did my medical on 20th nov yet no update in my ecas infact its been almost 20 monthss my ecas says Application Received ! u did emedical ? kindly share ur experience of ur medical ! cuz with medical letter they send another letter which shud b filled up by IOM i went there n they filled up by themselve online ! did u send anything else by urself ?

Well my hubby went for medical. So I can tell you what he told me. He did mention that this is emedical , that you can not go for medical without the form sent by CHC. He also mentioned that the staff / doctor there informed him that first they send the form to CHC, once it come back approved, then they forward the medical report. My hubby did not send anything by himself. Hope this helps!!

According to the list of forum members who got approved this year. The average was 17.32 months.

Best months according to the list of forum members were; February 2012 ( 44.4% completion rate) , followed by June 2012 ( 40% completion rate)

2011 members taking a hit. = low of 23% approval rate for late 2011 members

Other months approval

Nov 2011= 0.0%

Dec 2011= 33.33%

Jan 2012 =7.7%

March 2012= 18.8%

april 2012 = 12.5%

May 2012= 0.0%

July 2012= 7.1%

Aug 2012= 20%

If someone lives in rent supplimet house ,can she sponsor her spouse?

Just follow the cic website. Its quite self-explanatory, ever since ordering became an online format. Gmcs notes and Atip notes essentially means the something, just different terminology.

I understand the requirement for police check that is required by an embassy after 6 months of ur stay in a country. Now my husband visa had expired and he cannot visit Bahrain to get the PCC as he needs a sponsor to visit back so our last option is Bahrain embassy in Pakistan. When I called the Bahrain embassy they said the process for police check is little complicated and it might take more than a month and at times worse case scenario it doesn't even come back. Now, the embassy requested the PCC for my husband for Bahrain and gave me a deadline of 45 days. Anybody has any suggestions? Is there any way out?

Salam, this only thing is if your on Social Assistance and has no barrier on rent supplement housing. Yes its geared to income but not necessarily Social Assistance. Yes she can sponsor as long as she is not on Social Assistance or has been Bankrupted. I hope this answers you question and please keep us in your prayers In Sha Allah..............

WASAK, please email/fax CHC a typed letter and if you can get some kind of proof that you have requested the PCC from Bahrain. Make sure the letter is signed by husband and explains the situation ................and take it from there. All the best!!! This is what I think you should do, if anyone has better idea please share............

OR tell your husband to ask his friend's in Behrain if he has any to get the PCC for him.
