Watiting eyes? is there any formate of letter for application to change email ? i m bit confused what to exactly wright in it .. Do i need to write that on word and than attach? or directly write an email in text box?

Yes as hotshot has pointed out just write and explain everything in the box, you do not need to attached anything, but mentioning your first name last name date of birth and file number is very necessary in order for them to change your email address or update your email address, thank you.

Thanks Waiting_Eyes, I don't know if there she can find address in Makroyan, do you know if Afghanistan has P.O.Box service would that be ok? What if she give my wife address in Peshawar? Its easy to send her letter from there to Kabul as so many people goes daily. Would CIC accept that or she should explain that this is a corresponding address because the address issue in Afghanistan?

well I am not sure if there is no post box service in Afghanistan or no, but keep in mind that CHC does not send passports to P.O.Boxes and also you can put peshawar address but explain to them that she is living in Afghanistan and due to lack of proper address you want all postal communications should be done with peshawar address, also please bear in mind that you put the correct email address, coz now a days CHC communicate alot through emails, also do not forget to check your email's junk or spam folder coz normally the emails are get filtered and after 10 t0 15 days they are automatically deleted from junk or spam folder so keep this in mind also and god bless, good luck

Once someone wise on this form said I may hear an update by OCT inshallah so lets just hope for that.

Also its been 3 weeks that I ordered the notes and no update from that either.

Wellcome to this forum. Yes this is the right thread for 2013 applicants. You have to wright here minimum ten posts and then go in ur account settings and there u can show ur application details.
Whats ur time line and ur husband case or wife case?

In my case the first two times i applied for the GCMS notes, I did not receive them.
The third time i filled the application, I received them in 2 weeks.

They normally send it within the 30 day period. Odd to see it this late.

Don't worry Frankie inshallah you will hear something good from CHC soon, I also applied in July, 2012 and in June, 2013 got re-med request via email and no other update yet,

*sigh* does allah really care about us? i know what you are going to say. you are going to say that this is a test from allah and we need to be patient ....what kind of test is this? cheaters, adulterers, crooks are getting their visa's in six months..why do we have to suffer
