If you have it, you do not need a visa to enter in Pakistan even if you have not your passport or your passport is expired.

Following are answers to your queries; hope it ll help:

- Yes you may come to Pakistan after sponsoring and getting AOR
- You can stay in Pakistan for FEW WEEKS only as per CIC rule. You have to assure and show your intentions to CIC that you both will stay in CA after getting PR.
- Not really; as sponsor does need to show the proof of finance, BUT you have to attach Option C form with you application.
- Yes your husband can attach his financial and business and salary slips in order to show that he is financially strong and will not be on welfare after landing in CA.
- IDK about this query, elaborate please.
- You can have upfront medical, and also it is mentioned in guideline and Checklist to attach med with application, but that is optional. You may send it later BUT it might delay your case.

You have to assure and show your intentions to CIC that you both will stay in CA after getting PR. that's only in case of Canadian citizen. In case of Permanent resident you can visit for few week or months but not permanently.

Yes.... makes things a lot easier when ur travelling back n forth to Pakistan.... but I would advise u get it made from pak if u plan on making one as its a lot quicker.... I've heard of ppl that have had a tough time getting theirs made from Canada.... but as long as u have ur Pakistani passport u can just travel to Pakistan on that.... when u become a citizen n have ur Canadian passport then NICOP comes in handy

You did remedical in August 2014? still waiting for passport request ?oh my God what LVO are doing??so LVO only busy in issuing remedical request since August to November and forgot them. only 10% lucky people got passport request.

if your wife and son are already in Canada, and only you are coming from Pakistan (that needs pr) then no dependents... but if the son is with you in Pakistan (which is unlikely) then you have to fill out the son as dependent... if its ur wife that is coming and son is with her ( then she needs to add him as dependent)...
