Hi. I have a question. My husband's cousin applied in mid 2013, the file has been transferred in london and they received an e-mail saying that the process will be done in 7-8 months. Is there anyone else who received same e-mail? I never heard about thiskind of first nfo given by immigration.

write a new email to London immigration and make a attachment of old email and mentioned the time period. They have to answer you in 28 days. thank you

Well, almost everyone who had their file transferred from Islamabad to London got an email saying their file was transferred and it could take "several" months before it is reviewed ... not sure if that's the reference your cousin was making.

This is not a point. The point is that, I would like to help the people whom they sent their passport to Canadian Embassy Islamabad and asking about that how long its take time to return their passport. If you do not like it so keep quite. Thank you and have a nice day.

....your application timeline and your passport turnaround timeline are not relavant to this thread - you are in a seperate category (parents & grandparents) with its own turnaround times. you are a 2009 applicant. your processing time is a total of 63 months. you were asked to send the passport as your timeline fell outside the total processing period for parents and grandparents. you should stop falsifying hope in others lol.

Its been 3 days now i am not able to check my E case status. I am entering all the correct info but still not showing up. Should i contact to immigration and ask them about this problem? Plz reply as its giving much stress. Thanks
