Advise needed: My doc gave me a letter stating im pregnant and due in june and that he should be given visa as soon as possible so he can be with me for delivery and before delivery. i want to send this letter to isb but would it be a good idea? my husband has mutliple entry visa to canada but he cant come before gttn PR because he will have to go back again to pak for PR visa issuance. Wouldnt isb embassy say that he already has multiple visa so why doc send this letter?

from what I know they will issue visa when ever they want to .. they don't care about your pregnancy. If you want to give it a try then just go ahead and see what happens

when i got an update from MP last week she told me background checks are not finished yet and today when i called her to ask if that reply she got from isb or london office? she said its from isb and it says file is in queue for background checks. Does it means that background checks have not started yet??? gcms notes i applied in oct 2013 said background checks started aug 2013. i dont understand

do not trust your MP .. they just give random answers. half the time they don't even know whats going on.

I sent them message that I only vote for the govt in which govt the sponsorship timeline for Pakistani people were less 6 months. I will never give vote current govt in my life if spousal sponsorship would not come down to 6 months and stay their. I want every one to send them message. it will hurt them more than you think in reality.

Dear Respected sister, hope all is well with you, family and love once, I can relate to your pain I hate it with all my guts , I promised to my self that after this application I would never deal with CIC regarding anything, my file after 30 months transferred to New Delhi God knows what they well do with it and may be they will send it to MARS for further processing as they shoot every once file some where, London, Ottawa, New Delhi and excetra.............

if you get a chance please order your GCMS notes it will give you all updates until the last note , you will have a realistic view of what is happening with your file or what to expect on next step, i wish you all the best and please take care of your self your are the only hopes your family got so stay strong and see what happen. I am Afghan living in Canada .
The Following Procedures has been done with our Family Case, As Wife i Sponsored Husband & Three Children ( less than 22 age )

1 January 2008 Application Filled by family after embassies request to my family,
2 2009 DNA TEST Done,
3 2009-2012 Background Check ( Security Check ) Done,
4 2013 Medical Check Done & Expired on March 2014.
5 2013 Interview Done,
6 Passport request for Visa Not yet Done,
7 Passport sent for Visa Not Yet Done,
8 Passport received not yet Done,

6 years & 2 months passed in CHC & still nothing.
Now you people Judge it.

My wife contacted MP last week and she got a reply back that CHC havent started background checkes till now.
