I am also almost in the same boat like you. My wife did her re-med in June 2013 and after that, there is no progress. Contacted my MP too but, they have no power over VO in Islamabad. Next month it will be 32 MONTHS for our file to be in Islamabad. They are really torturing all of us because they are heartless people and don't care about families suffering like all of us here.

I applied for notes and praying to see something good this time.

Please keep us posting if you hear anything before the expiration of you medical.

By the way! Do you know if your file is in Islamabad or Uk?

I have read on forum files are being moved to London but PPR will come from Islamabad.

Last time CHC - Islamabad informed me by email that application is with "Decision Making Officer" for final review.

Since then I am checking email many times in day for PPR .

These insane Senior Canadian Based Officers are making us fool in the name of background checks :'(.

We are badly struck and now dependent on them. They are teasing us for no reason.

This is big "BS" to ask for Re-medical and Landing fee if processing is not complete as these are last step
before issuing visa .................GOD help us........they are playing games of insanity.

will they send us the GCMSA or not

yes our files are in LONDON office m alos waiting for PPR ITS depressing realy they are playing with our emotions

yes its a husband case and my husband visited me for 5 months on TRV but since january he is in pak, he wants to come back with PR so he can work, study etc

They should must have send you confirmation email. Please check your email spam folder. If you don't see any email from ATIP then contact them at this address

No, not necessarily. So far, we haven't heard any positive news from the applicants whose files were transferred to London or ND. They should still follow the FIFO.

Thanks for sharing your information. Yes, you are 9999.99% right! We are badly struck and now dependent on them. In the name of "BACKGROUND Check" they are teasing us for no reason. Otherwise it shouldn't take more than few weeks to check the background of any person living in any city of Pakistan with no travel history.

congratulations finally this week one good news.they have same printed letter which shows within 15 days submit ur passport,but u can send it after your medical because u need your ORIGINAL passport during medical time,so do your medical and same day u can send passport via tcs and make sure you pay extra for your return postage stamp aswell.are you from karachi aur lahore?
