It was stated on my husbands medical recepit that we were provided back in Nov 2012. The process may or not have changed. As I've thier is e-medicals now. Also it's not up to the medical facility that's completing process I beleive it's up to the officers for the delays. I know it's hard to be patient you've waited for so long have you spoken to an MP.
