My file transfer is oct2011 and ihave not heard anything yet. Have they started working on october file transfers yet? My hubby's first med expires in sept. I'm so worrried, pla pray that we hear something soon.

contact your local mp and try to find out whats going on because they did contact some applicants with your time line

We can't really say for sure if all October files have been reviewed. You just have to wait for further communication/instructions from CHC. While you wait, you can order GCMS notes that can be very helpful at times. It usually takes 30 to 45 days to receive the notes from the date you submit your request. Your husband will have to do re-medical again anyways, so I wouldn't worry at the moment. Definitely, CHC will contact you one way or another eventually.
