yesterday was the first case that I saw

that went straight to PPR

no remed no forms request

So, bring forward date always 90 days or can be 60 days?
I'm Just try to understand when could be we can hear some thing from CHC-I, we recived only Req for Pk nt documente not remed in June letter was dated 11th JUne. I sent them everthing on June 25th. and now my wife 1st Med going to expier on August 4th.
what you Think when we hear somting next.

Hi,

Bring forward date could be 45 or 60 days in most cases. Once the requested documents are received by CHC-Islamabad, they are put in the queue for the immigration officer to be reviewed. Once the documents are attached to the file, it is reviewed on the next review date of that particular immigration officer. You might hear something by the end of August as they will look at the documents and go to the next step which would be to issue re-med and PPR.

i have given my remed on 23rd july, still no update from CHC, should i apply for CAIPS???

Hello, i emailed them during the last week of May, and they replied back to me on the last week of July.
I just sent one email and didn't bother sending it again

So, they can take up to two months in replying the email.

Received AOR in June 2012, and was requested to submit the supplementary form. Which we did courier them in end of June.
Waiting for Re-med and PPR now
Its a husband case

My file was transferred in Oct 2011 and I have not heard or received any thing from cic-I , I'm soo worried.

Hi I have sponsored my wife and sent the application to Missisauga on August 17, 2010.

September 15, 2010- Decision Made from Mississauga
October 4, 2010- File Processed to Islamabad
June 7, 2012- Started Processing Application


I have sent pictures, phone calling cars with my phone bills for 1 yr (highlighting all the calls I made to the phone card). So my question is its currently been almost 23 months now and I just cant stand it anymore. I visited my wife twice once when I was married stayed with her for about a month as I had university and then visited her again recently and spent another 3.5 months with her. How long do you guys think it will take and what is left. I think my wife's medical might be expired or soon to be, would they send a letter letting her know its expired and to do another one? She has sent her police record twice now. So what is next?

I also forgot to mention my wife is now about 3.5 months pregnant would that have any negative impact if she were to redo her medical would that ruin her chances in coming to Canada?

Your bring forward date is 16th August (file review date), so your Visa would come most likely anywhere from 20th-31st august InshaAllah.

Do you know any one who is waiting for the passport with same deadline problem.

I have seen so many people from 2010 and early 2011 going through the same. So no need to worry, your visa will come this month InshaAllah. You should consider yourself lucky as it is taking some people more than 2 years to get their Visa.

Oh My God ,arey yaar very sorry to hear.its ridiculous coz its been tooooo long.they consider us cockroach I think,ur case is being handled same way most of ppls from 2009 and early 2010 cases.dont worry,book appointment with NDP MP not conservative one.of ur city/area.they will send an email to Cockroach embassy,and definately they gona wak up with a call from MP.
