i got my remedical done from IOM, am i supposed to send CIC the copy of that remedical request letter and the appendix C copy which i got from IOM ?...
it was no where written in the letter im supposed to send them all this stating that i got my remedical done..
what do u all suggest, should i send it to them ?

recieved his e-mail july 17

Good afternoon, Mr. xxxxxxxx!

Just received an email reply from CIC Islamabad, that a request letter for your wife's passport had been sent out on July 12, 2012.

Please inform your wife such piece of mail is on the way.

Will they send Remed or PPR request on home address or on Lawyer office address.

just want to make sure what are things to bring with me thay ask for negative too.is it necessary
and how much they charge re-medical

Zainab...(my wife's name is Zainab too lol ) where did you get your IOM done from? was it the Islamabad office?? I just wanted to get my wife the directions to get to the office. She has appointment for July 19.

Does this look right?? any major buildings that its nearby that can help her find the place? and yea...According to the letter they sent, they will get the medical office to send the results themselves, I don't think we have to send anything.

See this as per letter -

The IOM Office will forward all medical results directly to our Medical Officer at the Canadian High Commission, New Delhi, once all results are received. The Medical Officer will then forward the assessment of the examination to our office. You will be contacted by visa office in due course. You are not to handle your medical results yourself.

Negative if available...it says in the letter in brackets (if available). So you don't necessarily have to include the negatives of the photo's. Just make sure to call the IOM first and get the instructions on what kind of passport photo's they need. When my wife took the photo's, she called afterwards and they told her to wear light colored clothes or something like that...can't remember 100% call and check first then do the work.
