How the Hell is this possible??? Now chc started to give us heart attacks. Have you talked to your spouse regarding this problem? I hope I am wrong, but I assume your spouse has contacted them for some reason or someone who knows yours or your spouses identity must have done something wrong!

I suggest you talk to your spouse first, then write chc an email through specific enquiry, not general enquiry. They respond faster through specific enquiry. Let us know what's going on.. It could be a misunderstanding as well..

hotshot its really sad to hear about your uncle, i know when we have our own problems and we magnify them n loose sight of situations that could be real devastating, n something like this rocks our world, we start seeing thing differently. from the correct prospective again. sometimes i feel lke this is the worst situation i could be in, but then i hear or see someone is an actually worst case scenario n i thank God for saving me from stuff like that. life and health are the two most important things in life, everything else can be worked upon and made better!

ZZAADD, oh my God! i got a minnie heart attack after reading your post, i cant even imagine what you must be going through, its terrible, i cant even suggest whats going on, what does your wife have to say about this?? and let all the enquiries be made n letters be written by your wife, since she is the sponsor she has a better chance of getting a reply out of them, keep praying its a computer glitch!

syedg yes we should all meet up once there inshAllah, waisey bhi jo log ghum ka time saath guzar tey hain who hamesha dost rehtey hain n once there we should also try n work out something so that we could shorten the time line or make life easier for all the ppl applying after us, no reason tht everyone should go thru the tourture we went thru

Don't worry it can be e-case problem .. imean technical issue
case can not be withdrawn without any reason if there would have been any problem you or you wife must had received letter.

I have question, im going to travel Canada first time as FC1 category immigrant, i hear that FIA Immigration officer at Pakistan airport inquire about the funds(Canadian dollars) carry by immigrant and if funds are not sufficient they dont allow to on board the aircraft. Kindly share if any member ever faced such difficulty by immigration staff. Please reply im worried....

Today I am FURIOUS as I got my son's Afghan Passport back and it had no visa on it. My son is a Canadian Citizen due to me and I sent proof by sending photocopies of my Canadian Passport and Citizenship. I sent a letter requesting a facilitation visa and I dont know what happend. They sent a letter saying its a response to my application for a Temporary Resident Visa (TRV) for Canada. I never mentioned TRV I applied for Facilitation Visa so whats going on. The stupid letter is telling me I did not submit the TRV application form (IMM 5257) and the Family Information Form (IMM 5645).

My wife has been accepted to Canada and her application is completed. Now my son who is 2 months old how can I get him to go with us in 1 month time from now? Has anyone had any experience. I dont want to file a TRV application and have it rejected since you have to be willing to leave Canada. But my son will not be willing to leave since he is Canadian and would apply for Canadian Passport once there.

My friend, you dont need a facilitation visa, as you are canadian citizen and your son is only two months old so he is citizen by default at the time of birth and you can get canadian passport for him straight away valid for three years and in the mean time you have to apply for citizen ship card. only requisite is that you file both applications at the same time.
