Hi, I am a Pakistani national living in UK since last two years as an immigrant. My wife is living in Canada. Kindly explain me if I apply through London office how long it will take to process my application for PR visa?? either my application will be processed faster than Pakistan where it takes about 2 years or it will take normal 7 to 8 months like other applications being processed now a days for applicants from London??? Further which documents requirements shall I meet for London office or the requirements for Pakistan one???

my suggestion for u,
its better to apply from UK,islamabad embassy is taking too much time,mere case ko hi 23 months hogai hain,jub ke our relation is genuine.
required doc are
*nikkah nama (english translation)

*your all educational degrees
*spouse and your passport copy,
*spouse resident card copy
*police certificate
*pictures of ur shadi and after shadi events
u can also check online on CHC website

and I advise to those girls who are sponsoring their hubbies to make sure that thair husbands coming to canada only because of them not because of their Residential status.....O saggit paa jee aap ne nai dekha k canada mein divorce ratio ho kia gai hai? have u ever been to a court. I have been at a social works office. u can`t imagine that how many cases come there. People are so materialistic, they don`t care who they are getting married to, all they care about is their residential status... asi shadi ko kehtay hein mutlabi shadi.......aor ase husband ko kehtay hein bakree husband....
.pehlay khud wife k sponsor k intezaaar mein bethay rehtay hein phir apne parents ko sponsor kerne k intezaar mein bethay rehtay hein. phir partents b zahir hai baqi bachon ko sponsor kerna chahte hein jo pakistan mein hotay hein...phir un ki biwiyan aor un k bechay....... phir un k b parents................................O ye silsila rukta b hai k nai kahien....... Sirff issi waja se aaj hum log yahan intezaar ker rehay hein. time lime increase hogai hai........ager bakree husbands naa hotee tu aaj itna intezaar b na kerna perta. :'(

Yes You should go for UK CHC coz Islamabad is taking ages and currently people are not even receiving AORs in 3 4 months
But bro do make sure if you are eligible to apply from UK

i submitted certified copies of all my educational documents but u can check online for UK embassy requirments

Yes I have already checked. The only requirement to apply from UK for foreign nationals is to be here since last one year so I fulfill this.
