If person is not home and TCS person is unable to deliver....what happens then? Also due to family conflicts if someone says that receiver has shifted from address....is there anyway we can contact CHC ourself to ask if the letter was for us because the TCS tracking info does not show delivery address....

Secondly, when does E-Cas change? When PPR is sent or when they are stamping the visa? or when medicals are re-done?
Since my application was transferred to Islamabad, it shows as Application Received under my spouse's status.
They have never changed the status even when my husband received the second medical request...so we are not sure when we will be getting the PPR...
Also for TCS...DOES CHC send 100 packages everyday? If yes then how can we access the next 100 package tracking numbers? Having these tracking numbers really helps and gives a ray of hope even when you see that its coming to your city.
I would appreciate if someone answers all my questions above.
