Why arnt they changing my status on e-cas saying they've received my medical Its been more than a month...

hi there,

i have a general qs:

when the request for IMM and Suppl. form comes, which forms are they exactly? will i have fill in all the permanent resident forms again or a select few?

also, someone told me that there is a new form which is part of the region specific form...something called the "RESIDENCY QUESTIONNAIRE"? will i have to fill that as well? it wasnt there when we appliedlast year (AOR Aug 23, 2010) has anyone been asked to fill this form in as well?

U will be filling out a few forms, not all! Imm0008egen, imm0008, supplementary information and one more form!

The only reason thy have not done it yet, is cuz they are lazy bums and don't bother changing it again and again, once they stamp visa they will probably do it once.

It is possible that they have named the queue that way or may be it is the initial of the person reviewing files after they decide that the interview is not required. They have their own way of coding things and statements. What I learned in the past is what I gave an my info 8)

One of the members told me that it is the interview waived queue! And it makes sense for some reason..

What I suggest u lonely is do what I did exactly when they were not responding to my emails, now I did it when I didn't have my initial review done yet at the time. I emailed @ kennej @ parl.gc.ca and asked the minister about the status of my wife's file. An they responded positively.

Ordering CAIPS without knowing where ur initial reviews stands is a sheer waste of money and would definitely add to ur frustration levels.

Are u referring to Pakistani driving conditions bro? If yes then no offense Pakistan driving conditions are the most *censored word*tiest driving conditions in the world (jokes aside)! I mean there is no traffic law that exists, it is a jungle Ka undha kanoon!


And no offense if u love Pakistani driving conditions you will FAIL flat in the road test! I guarantee you that, I used to think like you way back 10 years ago when I was about to get my drivers license in ontario.
When u go out in a car u don't know if u are going to be driving the car or the traffic conditions are going to drive u!

N you can't go anywhere in a car without ramping up ur blood pressure to boiling levels, I'm talking with reference to those ppl who have spent years driving in north American roads!

Thanks ; do u hav any idea about how long they take after re-medical ? on average they ask for ppr in 3 or 4 months after remedical.v r in 5th month now so fingers crossed n hope 4 de best , gud luck for us ;D
