there is a myth that NOC causes delay in PPrs some people say after re-medicals if there is no address on ecas, it is good sign for PPr

cic cannot afford to delay ppr on NOC as they have immigration application after meds is almost finalised
CIC officials have invested so many man hours on the cases and they cic cannot afford to waste these hours.
Even an NOC is closed still the accepted applicatiosn in those NOC were accepted when the short fall was there for that particular NOC.
Besides we forum members forms a very little percentage of actual applicatns being still processed at islamabad and who knows most of them are gertting pprs but those pprs are left un noticed as those individuals are not forum members.
It is now only a matter of time especially for all islamabad applicants before they will be issued PPR's inshAllah as isb is only processign applicantions which are near to an end
