Changing DLI while study permit application is processing

Hi guys! I need to change my DLI. Is it possible to change my DLI via web form while my current application is in the process? Will changing the DLI increase the chances of rejection of the study permit? Has anyone here changed the DLI through the IRCC webform? If yes, please share your experience.
What are my other options?
