changing address

Me and my wife have sent in our application about 2 months ago. We have not received anything yet and It does not come up online yet. My wife is in canada and I am in england.
She has moved so we need to change her address on the form is it best to wait for it to come up online or shall I ask her to call them. All we have is a recipt number as we have not got a file number yet.
Any advice would be welcome thanks

It might be better to wait until your sponsor has been approved and you have a file number so they have a reference beyond the receipt number. But that's just an opinion. SOmeone else might actually know the facts. Good luck!

She probably can call since she is in Canada and give them the receipt number and her info. They maybe able to change it like that as if they send out an AOR in the mail, it will go to the address she has listed on file.
