Changes in work history after ITA

Hello,

Just got ITA few hours back and was thinking about what needs to be done now. I have mentioned one of work experiences which is not really impacting my CRS score or eligibility criteria in any way. Can I remove it? I ask this because getting experience letter from that company might be difficult as owner (proprietor) has passed away. Or should I just write LOE for that? Any suggestions? Rest more recent work experience and respective letters are already received. Thanks.

You can move it to Personal History.

Hi, thanks for replying. I'm not sure what you mean. You suggested that I can safely remove it or move it to personal history (don't understand this). Please help me understand.

You can move it from Work History and mention it in Personal History. In this way, you will not have to provide reference letter.

He just mean that do not mention it in Work History, anyway you will have to mention same in Personal History. Then write Letter of Explanation that you have removed some (mentioned specific ) work experience as you are not claiming any CRS score for same but as needed its still part of Personal History.

I'm CIC. I'm working in the same company (well known IT company) for 10 years. In work experience, I have declared assignments for the last 7 years with reference letters for which I'm claiming the points. The reference letter for outside Canada (2.5 years in USA and 2.5 years in India) has just specified the position as full time.. I have attached the USA and India tax statements is that enough? or should we declare the work hrs/week also?

Thanks for your inputs. That option or removing work history is greyed out. I guess I will have to manage work experience letter.
