Change of ownership while visa/work permit application is on procees

Hi,

I just want to seek advise on what to do if there is a change of ownership during your visa/work permit application process. It's for a first time applicant and has undergone medical check up already.

The guidelines only advises for TFW already working in Canada, so I am at a loss on what the effect would be on the application and what options to take for the applicant.
