I landed a month ago as PR via Peace arch. The CBSA officer took my temporary address at the time and said the PR card will be mailed there. I have moved to a new rental place and want to update my address. However the address change online service can't find anything no matter what info I provide (UCI, COPR number, etc). I submitted a webform and there is no response. I called the service center number and it always says no agents are available. What I am supposed to do to update my address? Any suggestion is appreciated!
