10th(2009) 75%
12th(2011) 56% non med,
computer basics course frm april 2011 to jan 2012
IELTS exam on 25 august 2012 6 bands no less than 5.5

Mostly there is no visa interview for students to go Canada ?
did they say any reason, like why are are rejected first 2 times ? Depends upon that we can plan ?

what reason they cross in ur rejection letter .
tell ur complte profile whic course? which college? document summit? every thing ? then some boby can help.
and write ur complete rejection reason.

did u have refusal letter with u that they give with Passport .
"we r not satisfied that u will leave CANADA " why they r not satisfied is the reason which is given on that letter.

show some ties to your parent country like your parents, some property documents, intention to get a job in your home land after getting international education, write a strong SOP etc...............
