Chances of Visa Acceptance

Hello,
I got accepted for undergraduate program in University of Waterloo with scholarship of 3000 dollar.I applied for study permit on 26th july. My profile is:
10th-95% cbse
12th-92% non medical cbse
No IELTS given
What are my chances to get visa.?

So apart from the 3000 dollars were you able to show funds for remainder of fees and living expenses plus a good case to show ties to return to home country post graduation ?
