look friends, chances of rejection is very very high after your first rejection because the visa officer is already convinced that you are a potential immigrant so until and unless you address the reason of refusal you will again be refused the second time. The best is to order gcms notes and study them.

Not always the case. You might miss some important documentation at the first time or you didnt have a good amount of money in you account . Many other reasons you can overcome at the second attempt and get approval.
