Chances for PR using LMIA

Does a candidate for PR has more chances for a positive PR decision if he/she has an LMIA to support the PR than someone who applied for PR without LMIA?

No. LMIA only adds 600 points and confirms an ITA. Post ITA process is independent of this and depends on the documentation submitted and merits of the case.
