My crs score is 381. Is there any chances to get an ITA?

Age : 27
Education : Masters in marketing
Experience : 4 years
IELTS : overall 7 (Listening 8.5, Reading 7, Writing 6, Speaking 6)

Married
My wife's education : Bachelor of Computer Science
IELTS : overall 5.5

under 400 there is no chance for now, maybe in future but somehow if you can manage to bump it up to 450+ then yea maybe.

yes, my wes has been done and now i am thinking about reappearing for ielts

GET the IELTS to CLB9 for you and your spouse and you will get in ~450+ range

The only real chance as of now is PNP.

You need to improve you and your spouse's IELTS score to clb 9 or better. That will ramp your crs by a lot!

You can check with CRS tool. I too believe good IELTS scores by you as well as your wife should improve your CRS points. Check with how much improvement IELTS scores fetch you using the CRS tool.

Looking at the trend, if you can get 470+, it should be sufficient to get you an ITA in few months.

Improving IELTS is a good idea... but difficult one to achieve.

Practice helps. Read books, articles whether online or in print to familiarize yourself better with English. During the exam itself, create an outline of what you wish to discuss and manage your time properly.

one more question! i had worked for 2 years in a subway restaurant as a store manager from 2012 to 2014, but unfortunately, that store have been closed down since 2014 when i left. i have all the payslips and an experience letter for that job. Will it cause any problem in document verification?

The store being closed down should make no difference, as long as you have documents that prove all of the information that CIC requires.
