I have rejection 3 times in Germany for a student visa with the same reason, so it can affect to get student visa for Canada???

It can effect but you have to properly explain in SOP that why were you refused thrice from Germany. Attach refusal letters

I have completed BE Mechanical with 7.95 cgpa, I have one backblock in BE, I have done A1,A2,B1 level of German language, and the reason of rejection in Germany is "doubt on purpose of stay", I have admission in st. Clair, Canada.so now tell me..........
