Certificates and transcripts

Hi Guys

I have my transcript in a sealed envelope.

How is this supposed to be validated if i cant open it?

does my certificate have to be notorised as I am british and applying through london?

uni sealed envelope is all they ask for

The "sealed Envelope" should in itself be enough and should not require any Notary to authenticate it.
( Just don't try to open it). Any broken seal may render it worthless.

In my view, I don't think that they ask you to Notarize them in the UK if you applied through the London Office.
