IELTS: 7.5 bands (No less than 6.5)

The course is really good..nd this course is rarely available in other colleges. The fees for 1yr are $12700 tht is Rs. 7,20,000 approx...u can inbox me on this forum for more info...

Hi. I am interested in applying to study in Canada as an international student. Can someone please guide me which college I can apply to for Engineering. This is my profile:

10th - 83%
12th - 74%
BE (electronics) - 55% (2.2 GPA)

Now sadly my bachelor percentage is very low (55%). Are there any Canadian colleges or Universities which will accept this percentage. Please advise. Thanks in advance.
