CEM work permit (feb., mar., apr., and may) 2012 Timeline

hi tanong ko lang dun sa mga naka alis na ilan ba yung baggage allowance na pwedeng dalin . nalilito kasi ko kung 2 pcs na bag (23kgs) each pc o 1 bag lang na 23 kgs. sa Vancouver din ba flight niyo???

hey Guys? ask ko lang sino september applicant here? I would like to ask about my case i resigned from my previous work August 2012. but meron akong new employer start ko is September 2012. September din ako ngpasa ng docs s CEM together with the contract ng new employer ko.. Possible n madeny? kasi my kilala ako june applicant same case like skin he received his visa last week denied sya. :-X

It depends on the visa officer, submitted docs, etc. Hindi lagi na dedeny kung nagresign na sa work...

suhestiyon ko lang, kung dalawa na lang kayong applicant ng May, bakit di nyo sulatan ang embassy at magtanong sa dahilang nagkabisahan na sa june at meron na din sa july nauubos ang panahon na kung valid pa LMO nyo ay baka tuluyang mapaso kung kelang kailangan nyo di na magagamit...piece of concern ko lang...

hi out. thanks for the concern. we appreciate your suggestions and your inputs here are really helpful and informative. well, we and on separate occasion, my husband's employer, has already made several follow ups too. on process pa rin. yung kasama nya though with same NOC and same employer already left for canada today. he applied last april. and he only got his visa last week of october. it took him 6 months. although we submitted last may 31(picked by by air21 in the afternoon) we are guessing CEM received it June na coz it sill has to go through PIASI and we received the medical forms last week of june na. i think the type of job is also another factor, just like the processing time for Skilled Worker Immigrants, those belonging to 29 jobs are relatively faster than the other jobs not in the immigration priority list. thus, for twp, it was no surprise that applicants for FCA have faster processing times. their NOC belong to the priority list. although, my husbands employer are really antsy already. they really need the manpower too:-( anyways, we are just patiently waiting and hopeful. you guys are really great support. and its comforting we are not alone in the waiting game

hindi pa po ako nakaalis for this visa application...hehe.. but based from previous travel experience... different airlines have different baggage policies.. so it might help if you check the airline website too and also base it to the kind of ticket that you have. just to be sure. bon voyage!

Hello! FCA sya mcdo. same kami pro mgkaiba ng employer.. yung skin d nmn ako resign kasi my kapalit agad n work.. pinasa ko application s cem sept. 3 then nagstart ako s new work ng sept. 4.. bale ang pinasa ko s cem is contract ng new work ko...same reason like s iba he didnt satisfy the vo etc..etc..low family ties dw call center agent sya dto and then 2 years grad sya ng associate in nursing

have you tried making follow ups sa CEM? my hubby's employer did... we're emailing him now and
see how it went and if he got any feedback aside from the canned message we usually got. last time we've heard a representative from the immigration(member of the parliament dw sabi ni employer) is asking the employer for my husband's CIC client ID numbers, full name, etc... :

anyways, tinamad na akong tumawag sa air21.. if and when it comes, it will come... (my mantra nowadays..hehe) ;D

but then... nakakagigil pa rin dba? its like holding your breath week by week.. :-X hehe
