Hi Paulo,

It actually depends on what NOC you are under and what skill level.
Try to search on NOC 2011 and look on your profession to what NOC you fall. In my case, since I am under NOC 6212,(6 determines what industry I am under which is sales and service occupation,and 2 indicates under skill level category B), I am eligible to apply for TRV for my family.
Study the NOC 2011 for more accurate information.

I'm at NOC 9213 while my brother is at 9461. I'm studying the NOC 2011 but i cant seem to find if I and my brother are both eligible to apply for TRV for his family and mine..

Mabilis lang lumabas ung MR ko pero ang tagal nmn ng Nationwide magpasa ng result sa CEM. Kainis nga sila Wala nmn problem pero umabot ng 5 weeks.

Matagal talaga ang Nationwide...totoo yan. April 3 ako nagpa med then pinabalik for 2nd view april28. then na submit nila ang file ko may 16 pa... matagal dba...

march 5 - contract signing, job offer
march 15 - LMO received
march 23 - MR letter received
april 3 - Medical at Nationwide
april 28 - 2nd view xray
May 16 - med results and file forwarded to CEM
June 7 - Visa received
June 14 - PDOS
June 29 - POLO approved.

waiting for my plane ticket from employer but as of today wala pang update if when the exact date. nag resign na ako.
may mga kasabay ako sa timeline dito na nababasa ko...

honey01, last year pa ako nag apply nyan, natapos ko lahat ng requirements pati yung payment june 2011 pa. tinawagan ako march na, ang tagal ko ding naghintay. Pero thankful pa rin kasi dirediretso na xa nung tinawagan ako nung march... Thank God. May update na ba kayo? sino po yung naka alis na? Malapit na yang sayo...

hi po. currently waiting din po ako for visa. nagmedical ako sa st. lukes last june 29 lang. nagwoworry lang ako kasi unemployed ako ngaun. nag resign ako last april 30 lang. to focus on my visa application. sbe ko sa agency baka madeny ako. sbe nmn nila di naman siguro dahil bata pa ko. (22 yrs old) and wla pang 6months na unemployed. i have traveled ndin po sa USA last 2010 with J-1 visa for 3months. ojt ko po. and punta ako dubai for a month tapos umuwi din.. malaki po ba ang chance na madeny ako pag di ako naghanap ng work ngaun? thanks...
