CELPIP-G scores for NOC B-which CLB level (5 or 6) is required?

hi
I got confused of which CLB score/level do I have to meet to apply for NOC B ( CEC).

CIC website has two CLB level 5 ( all abilities 5) and level 6 ( all abilities 6) for NOC B category . To be able to apply for CEC do I need to get CLB Level 5 or Level 6?
I am taking CELPIP-G on Oct 4/2014. It helps me to prepare accordingly. Please suggest

CLB 5 is good enough for NOC B.
