CEC Points reduced due to NOC Version

Hi,
My CEC (Inland) profile had a total CRS Score of 505.

However, the revised CRS score is now 439.
In my GCMS notes, it says:

and the NOTE says:

My new NOC is 21223 which is TEER 1 but still didn't receive any points even after having more than 1 year experience in Canada.

My ELIGIBILITY: REVIEW REQUIRED

I did enter my correct NOC code as per my EE Profile, but due to some reason in my GCMS notes it says:

"2022 to 2023 - Data Engineer: (NOC: 0021) -at XXXXX *REVIEW REQUIRED*

What is NOC 0021?

Can anyone shed some light?

did you use 2172 or 21223? if you get ITA after Nov you have to use 21223

you did wrong. you should have used 21223. all ita from Jan are 2021 version
