Kota1978 is correct...you can do medicals from anywhere in the world....Even I submitted my PCC in March 2015...I am not sure if they would ask again...

I am Oct 14, 2014 applicant,
They started looking into my file on Feb 17, 2015.
Upfront medical done in Jan, 2016
Received an update today asking for RFRP payment
Also they informed that my application is still under review (security, criminality and/or medical is still ongoing)

Has anyone encountered same scenario??

Sorry ,just curios ,,,how do you know they start looking at your file on 17 Feb and how do you know they are still revenging you security criminality ?

My online application page indicates, they starting working on my file on Feb 17th 2015

Email received today stated "This is in reference to your application for a permanent resident visa, which has been found eligible in the Class for which it was submitted. Admissibility review (security, criminality and/or medical) is still ongoing; you will be contacted if additional information is required for that purpose." and requesting to submit RPRF fees.

Congrats Gagan. I have the exact same timeline like that of yours. Hence the question.

I see that you have applied through both CEC as well as EE. Also your profile states RPRF received on 15 Oct 15 or so. Can you explain how you got RPRF twice and why did you not pursue further with your RPRF under EE ? Little confusing.

CIC sent RCMP request in March 2015. I did it within a week and submitted.
Upfront Medical: 25 Aug 2015 and sent them after a week.
Medical Received in ECAS (ECAS showed that medicals have been received)
RPRF Request: 22 Feb 2015 and paid on the same day

To be on safe side, i also applied under EE for FSW. Please see my timeline below.

ITA - 21 Aug 2015
Applied on 08 Sep 2015 and got AOR number on same day.
Started processing my file on 10 Sep 2015.
Medical passed after few days.
Received RCMP request on 02 Oct 2015. Submitted on 13 Oct 2015.
Received RPRF on 20 Oct 2015 and submitted on same day.

I am kind of done for both the files (fingers crossed)..Waiting for Passport request.
