Only if you have access to your GCKey account. Otherwise, no.

Ask your lawyer for your GCKey credientials, seeing your status is dead simple you just login and there it is.

Hi Guys, my CEC ITA expires 12th December but I haven't received my Docs yet.
Can someone please suggest whats the best thing to do if I dont get my documents by then ?

Should I decline the invitation or let it expire ?
Do I decline today itself so that I get a new invitation tomorrow ?

Submit an LOE with all the available proof such as receipts, Screen shot of Present status of PCC.
Once you get the PCC, submit the same via web form.

Have you tried contacting the PCC office? In the meantime submit the appointment confirmation, payment receipt and other paperwork they had given you.
