Your application should already be approved and sent to the SVO, which is responsible for sending you the P1 email. However, it may take a while (sometimes up to 2 months) to get the P1.

I got an update after a month today. It says: "Review of medical results - April 12, 2024:You passed the medical exam" Still nothing on the new BIL and the addition of my spouse in the application. But suddenly it disappeared from the profile and the whole section below Medical got blank. I don't know what's going on.

BIL and medicals passed in GC Key on April 6th, but still not able to create tracker account. Getting invalid information error message.

Looks like something happen with their tracker... I got P2 at April 11, however my tracker haven't been updated since April 3, even medicals and bg are still in progress there.
The dependent was officially added this morning to the GC key account by IRCC. Also, I received an ADR of IMM5406 today for the dependent.
