@legalfalcon
Hope you have a prosperous day ahead!
My brother is working in British Columbia on a Closed work permit.
As per his offer letter which was used to apply for work permit, his salary should be CAD 4,000 (approx) but his employer only pays him CAD 3,000 (in bank account) and the pay slip is also issued for CAD 3,000.
My query is:
Next year when he will apply for PR under CEC, won’t he face rejection because his salary being paid (CAD 3000) doesn’t match to that mentioned in his offer letter (CAD 4000) ?
As always I look forward to your advise (to calm my nerves)!!
