Hi @sanish2014 Do you know if its only due to US Visa refusal due to which Background is taking longer? I have seen others also with background status changed who never had US visa refusal.

I don't know much about this but I don't have any travel history .The only reason in our case is visa refusal.

1 Nov - 1st GU, background went from "we are processing" to "in progress"
10 Nov - 2nd GU, background went to "we are processing" again
19 Nov - 3rd GU, Medicals approved for the second time
25 Nov - 1st portal email, confirmed my email same day
26 Nov - 2nd portal email with credentials
26 Nov - updated photo & address

Congrats. Do you use an old medical? When was the first medical passed? Do you have dependents and oversea experience? Sorry for asking so many questions and thank you in advance. I have a couple of days later Aor than yours, so anxious to wait.

I used old medicals from March 2020. When they validated my biometrics (Oct 4th), they also passed my medicals for the first time. No dependents and I just claimed points for my Canadian work experience

I also started getting frequent updates from day before 3months completion. So if this pattern is they are following then Monday is your day.
