CEC accepts what passing score for IELTS?

Here's my score in IELTS.
L- 4.5
R- 4.0
W- 5.0
S- 5.0
Overall Band Score- 4.5

Im a cook, NOC B.

Please help me, need your help. Is this pass or not?

You need minimum 6.0 points in all the areas which will get you an overall band of 7.0.

Hi Joemai

For NOC B your minimal overall CLB score has to be 5.0 (see link below).

According to the website (see link below), that is only achieved if you score 5.0 in three abilities and 4.0 in one ability.

Your scores are 5.0 in two abilities, 4.0 in one ability and 4.5 in one ability. I believe this could be an issue. I am sorry, but, it seems that you may have to give your test again.

Please be positive. You're so close. I'm sure you will get the required points if you take the test again. I know it would delay you application for 2 months but that's nothing compared to the time the whole process (PR) would take.
