Ccna and ccnp certification to immigrate

Hello everyone
I have 4 years of working experience as network administrator with a ccna and ccnp certification but haven't finished college. To immigrate i need an educational credential assessment, if i send my ccna and ccnp certification would they recognize me as a network administrator or any other similar career? I wrote to wes and the university of Toronto but they didn't answer.

1. No, those are industry credentials, not academic degrees.
