Caregiver - How to prove experience when your employer declares you in a hotel?

We know of a live-in caregiver applicant who is currently working abroad as a domestic helper taking care of kids in an employer's house. The employer declares her as a hotel housekeeper (he owns the hotel) and her work permit says the same thing. In fact she is taking care of kids at his residence and she has pictures to prove that. She has never complained about the situation for fear she would get deported. How can she make credible experience proofs when she applies for CAQ and work permit? Will a reference letter from the employer and the photos be enough? Have you heard of such cases and how were they solved?
Thank you

it's cyprus. apparently, it's easier for employers to declare them or to obtain work permits for them like that. i would so much appreciate an answer. thank you in advance!
