Car wash business, anyone has an experience? Montreal

Hello everyone,

I have been working in a car wash since I came to Montreal last August, I can say its a good business but it also needs much effort. Now I decided to start my own car wash.
Anyone has an advice? Where to start? Where can I find a place? I'm little bit confused and failure is not an option.
