Hi, I have read the cic website about both visitor and super visa eligibility and requirements but I want to take advise from the experts and experienced members of the forum regarding my situation: (Sorry for the long post)

a) I am a PR who landed in Canada through spousal sponsorship 15 months ago.
b) I am employed and I meet the LICO requirements.
c) At present, I am pregnant and want my mother to visit me from Pakistan around the time baby is due early next year for 3-4 weeks. I wont mention that I require her help for my baby since I know it means working illegally but actually I need emotional support and help during that time. I can mention that I want my mother/parents to come visit me as I have not been able to go to Pakistan since landing due to job/vacation etc (which is true).

Following is the situation of my parents, please advice 1) which visa (temporary resident or super) is better in this case and, 2) should my mother apply alone or along with my father?:

1) Employment: My mother(48) is a homemaker. My father (55) got laid off from his job 1.5 years ago. At present he is doing some consultancy work along with 2 other people and on paper he is employed, but there is no fixed regular income and no taxes have been paid during this time.

2) Travel History: My mother has never travelled outside Pakistan. My father has travelled to many Schengen and Asian countries during the course of his previous employment.

3) Family Ties/Dependents: My parents live with my younger unmarried siblings (ages above 21)-one is a student, the other is working and completing her Masters. The idea is to say that they will go back to their other two children and will leave Canada at the end of their visit. ( Even if my parents apply together, in reality only my mother will actually visit me and my siblings will not be accompanying.)

4) Property/Finances:
My mother has a piece of land in her name. Not much funds in her bank account. She also has jewelry items back home and can get evaluation done by a jeweler for its worth.
My father sold our family home this year and the funds are in his bank account.

Considering the above, how are the chances of a TRV/ Super Visa?
