Solution should be at the please wait message page copy the page link.

Open adobe reader DC

Select file, paste the copied link and then check open after a few seconds the document should open.

To download the form, right click on the link, u will see download link or save as, save it on ur desktop. When ur done go to ur desktop whr u have saved the documents, right click on it , u will see open as, select adobe reader to open it. That's all

Yeah I also used this method as direct opening from cic page was not working. But this method worked

Select “Save”.
And upon download, open the file on Acrobat Reader -- not on the browser! otherwise, the document will not load.
