Hey everyone! Time to apply passports! Just a quick question - if we have 2 people, can I put both applications into 2 separate folders and then send them away together in 1 envelope? Or do I have to send them separately? Thanks!

Yes together is fine.

May I send all of my family members' applications in one envelope?
Yes, you may send the applications together in one envelope.

Place each application in their own smaller envelopes to make sure that the photos and any supporting documents stay with the proper application.

You may pay once to cover all of the applications you are submitting together.

So I only clipped each person’s app with a paper clip, and put all together in one envelope. Goodluck

Sounds good, thanks! I'll get the applications sent out by Friday - everything's done just need to take pictures and guarantor's signatures. For the photocopy of IDs, does the guarantor just need to sign their name and date? Or need to write that "I certify..."?

Just name/signature and date will do. No need for certifying etc.
