Hi,
I am just curious to know of any existing possibility to apply for Canadian Passport from one's home country after successfully receiving citizenship certificate? For example, if the applicant's Canadian citizenship application is approved and he/she finally takes the interview and receive the certificate, but due to some unavoidable reasons, travels back to his home country (India), is it possible to apply for Canadian Passport from his home country?

I checked further in detail about the services offered by High Commission of Canada in India, in New Delhi, and it clearly provides option of taking appointment for citizenship applications and passport services-

Also in the first link, its explicitly mentioned in the required documents
"" proof of Canadian citizenship
This can be a birth certificate or citizenship certificate.
It must be the original document (not a photocopy). ""
Well, if in the citizenship application, someone selects a digital version (of citizenship certificate) then how can one provide the original?
Would appreciate any advice. Thanks.
