Canadian Experience Calculation Rationale

I wanted to rationale on Canada Experience Calculation. Basically, I started working in Canada from May 12, 2022 and returned to home country on May 13, 2023. Exactly after a year. However I had taken 10 days Vacation leave (as per company policy and was a paid holiday), can I still claim points for Canadian Experience?

According to IRCC and the labor ministry, you are entitled to 15 paid vacation days per year. If your vacations were paid for by the company, you can claim the CEC experience points."
