Canadian citizenship language requirements

I have completed my secondary education in Pakistan and i have studied two years of post secondary in United states. Later when i moved to canada i sent my documents to WES and wes report showing one year of post secondary education completed in canada. Can i use one year of post secondary certificate from wes as a language proof for my citizenship application. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Why don't you use your 2 years post secondary in US as proof? That's for sure taught in English.
